2. Services Offered

Vasudha World acts as a multi-service digital platform providing:

• E-Commerce physical goods (Grocery, Electronics, Personal Care, Fashion).
• Digital India & Common Service Center (CSC) application assistance services.
• Utility bill payments, recharge, and lead generation support.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When creating an account or registering for digital services, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated personal information. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

• Pricing: All prices listed on physical products and service fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Digital Services Fee: Government application filing fees and service processing charges paid online are strictly non-refundable once application processing has commenced.
• Physical Products Return: Damaged or wrong products received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or wallet credit.

5. App Permissions & Privacy

Our Android Application may request access to device GPS Location (for localized deliverability check) and Camera/Storage Access (for document uploads required during CSC services). All user data is processed securely according to applicable IT privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vasudha World shall not be held liable for delayed government portal approvals, server downtimes of 3rd party service providers, or delivery delays caused by natural events or logistical disruptions outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, UI designs, code, graphics, and logos displayed on this site and application are the exclusive property of Vasudha World. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
